PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic endless belt that realizes smooth belt running and is substantially free of meandering over a long period of time and to provide a process cartridge and an electrophotographic apparatus which are provided with the electrophotographic endless belt as an intermediate transfer belt. SOLUTION: An electrophotographic endless belt is provided with a meander prevention member that is attached to the inner peripheral surface of a belt-like substrate via a double-sided adhesive tape. The double-sided adhesive tape includes a reinforcing base material and adhesive agent layers formed on both sides of the reinforcing base material. In the endless belt, the thickness of the reinforcing base material is 25μm or more but 200μm or less, and the thickness of each of the adhesive agent layers is 200μm or less. In addition, the thickness of at least one of the adhesive agent layers is more than 100μm but 200μm or less. The hardness of the meander prevention member is 15°or higher but 70°or less.
