PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating rush mat of excellent practicability, extremely safely usable by positively preventing an abnormal temperature rise without needing to fit a thermostat, easily manufactured at a low cost, saving electricity by preventing wasteful heat radiation to perform efficient heating and moreover keeping fine appearance even if installed on a floor made of flooring. SOLUTION: A plurality of rush mat bodies 3 each provided with a heating part comprising a heater 1 capable of self-controlling a temperature, and a heat insulating material 2 having a fitting recesse 2a for fitting the heater 1 at the upper part, are disposed in a juxtaposed state in a frame body 4, and the frame body 4 is provided with a control part 5 to which a connector 1b of a power cord 1a of a heater 1 provided at each rush mat body 3 is connected.
