PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound having excellent inhibitory actions on a macrophage activity and useful as an antiinflammatory agent, an antiautoimmune disease agent, an immunosuppressive agent or an antiseptic agent. SOLUTION: A medicine comprises the compound represented by general formula (I) (wherein, either one of R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>3</SP>denotes a 9-15C alkyl group and the other is a hydrogen atom or a 1-6C alkyl group; either one of R<SP>2</SP>and R<SP>4</SP>denotes a 10-16C alkyenyloxy-substituted 9-15C alkyl group and the other denotes a 10-16C alkyl group or the like; and R<SP>5</SP>denotes a hydroxy group, a 1-6C alkoxy group or a halogen atom), its pharmacologically acceptable ester or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient.
