PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability and working efficiency in a bridge inspection operation by appropriately supporting the load of a vehicle during work in a bridge inspecting vehicle. SOLUTION: A main swivel base 15 is provided on a body 12 so that it can turn horizontally. A sub swivel base 27 is connected to the main swivel base 15 via first and second booms 18, 22. A work bucket 37 is connected to the sub swivel base 27 via third and fourth booms 29, 33. Outriggers 56, 57 are fitted to a car body 12 via support frames 54, 55. Elevation frames 62, 63 are connected to the tip of the elevation rod of elevation cylinders 58, 59 via thrust bearings 60, 61. Preceding wheels 64, 65 are fitted to the elevation frames 62, 63. Then, the preceding wheels 64, 65 are fitted at a position, where axis centers O<SB>f1</SB>, O<SB>r1</SB>of the elevation cylinders 58, 59 do not cross axis centers O<SB>f2</SB>, O<SB>r2</SB>in the preceding wheels 64, 65.
