PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for a vehicular electric device guiding air blown from a blow off opening to a desired area by improving an existing component disposed near a blow off opening of an air conditioner. SOLUTION: The mounting structure for the electric device comprises a controller arranged near the blow off opening blowing off air sent from the air conditioner to the car interior, and a controller cover 2 protecting the controller. While connecting a right wall 20 which is a blow off opening side end part of the controller cover 2 and a rear wall 21 in a bend part 22, an inclined part 20a inclined lower obliquely is formed in the blow off opening side end part 20. When the controller cover 2 is mounted on the controller fixed near the blow off opening, the air blown off from the blow off opening flows along the bent part 22 and the inclined part 20a which are guide parts formed in the controller cover 2 to improve air conditioning effect in a peripheral part in which occupant's feet, knee, etc. are placed.
