PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic stained glass which emits light by the passage of an electric current and enables bidirectional enjoyment from both indoor and outdoor sides. SOLUTION: In this electronic stained glass 11, a plate-like light-emitting part 16 with optical transparency, which is formed, like a plate, of an organic EL device 17, is held in the state of being sandwiched between a pair of transparent supporting bodies 13 and 14 arranged in an opposed manner. The EL device 17 is constituted by sandwiching organic EL layers 21, 22 and 23 between a first electrode 18 serving as a cathode and a second electrode 19 serving as an anode. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
