PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet of an olefin resin, and a decorative sheet and a decorative board using a decorative material with improved weatherability. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet has a transparent olefin resin layer which contains an organic ultraviolet stabilizing agent and an inorganic oxide. Especially it is preferable that the particle diameter of the inorganic oxide be 1.0μm or less and its addition amount be 0.2 to 1.0 pts.wt. Further, it is preferable that the olefin resin layer be a top coated layer or a layer under the top coat layer. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
