PURPOSE: An exhaust pressure control device of a vehicle is provided to control the performance and noise to an optimal matching point by electronically controlling the exhaust pressure in an operation region. CONSTITUTION: An exhaust pressure control device including an engine(110), an exhaust manifold(160), and an exhaust muffler(170) of a vehicle is composed of an engine speed sensor(120) for sensing the RPM(Revolution Per Minute) of the engine; a fuel sensor(130) for sensing the amount of fuel consumed in the engine; a control unit(140) for detecting duty ratio to the engine RPM sensed by the engine speed sensor and the fuel amount sensed by the fuel sensor and then outputting a control signal with corresponding to the detected duty ratio; and an exhaust regulating unit(150) for regulating the exhaust amount discharged through the exhaust manifold to the exhaust muffler to the control signal corresponding to the duty ratio output from the control unit.
