PURPOSE: Combining structure of a stabilizer bar and a damper of a suspension for a vehicle is provided to improve response property, secure excellent stability in traveling, simplify the structure, and reduce the manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: In combining structure of a stabilizer bar(10) and a damper(20) of a suspension for a vehicle, a spheric combining unit(18) is integrally formed to the end bent on a side of the stabilizer bar fixed to a sub-frame(14) constituting a lower body of the vehicle. The damper includes a body(22) fixed to the body of the vehicle and a spring(24) supporting the body. A receiving groove, on which the spheric combining unit has face contact, is formed to the lower end of the body of the damper.
