SECURITY SERVICE SYSTEM AND METHOD OF MOBILE COMMUNICATION TERMINAL USING BAR CODE

PURPOSE: A security service system and method of a mobile communication terminal using a bar code is provided to authenticate a proper user by performing an electronic authentication processing in issuing a bar code for use. CONSTITUTION: A base station controller(14) manages and control each base station(12). A mobile communication exchange(16) sets up a call for a voice call or a data communication with the other party. A gateway(18) converts protocols for exchanging information data between the mobile communication exchange(16) and an Internet network. A mobile communication ID server(20) processes member subscription for issuing a bar code. A DRM(Digital Right Management) server generates bar code data and transmits it to the mobile communication ID server(20). An authentication server(24) issues an authentication key for issuing a bar code. A bar code issuing server(26) generates a bar code ID and transmits it to the DRM server(22). A service server(28) provides a requested service to a service terminal. Service terminals(B1-Bn) transmits bar code-read information to the mobile communication ID server(20) to request verification of validness. Bar code reading units(A1-An) processes bar code information.
