FIELD: solution preparation equipment, particularly used in oil and gas industry, namely in plants for hydraulic bed separation and for civil and industrial structures building. SUBSTANCE: mixing device has working vessel with loading windows for receiving liquid and solid substances to be mixed, unloading window communicating working vessel with receiving chamber, loading and unloading means. Executive unit for substances mixing and container with liquid volume meter are installed into working vessel. Executive unit has drive arranged from vessel outside. Container with liquid volume meter is connected to side surface of working vessel and communicates therewith by upper liquid overflow channel and by lower channel. Lower channel is formed as branch pipe having rotating shutter with drive. Branch pipe is connected with annular chamber located from working chamber outside and communicated by annular orifice with receiving chamber. EFFECT: increased reliability and productivity, reduced power consumption for mixing substances of different aggregate state. 3 cl, 2 dwg |
