<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server for information management center, recycle support method and program for effectively supporting a used car recycle according to the execution of the used car recycle law. <P>SOLUTION: The following systems are connected through a communication network to support the recycle activity. A fund management company system 210 for performing the management of information for vehicles to be deposited in cooperation with MOTAS (automobile registration inspection electronic information processing system) or the like, and performing the collection of a deposit and the pay back of the deposit not released as recycle through a bank or the like; an information management center system 110 for managing whether a proper recycle is executed or not based on the moving report of scrapped cars and specified recycling articles from a related agent and an automobile manufacturer and the chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) reuse report from a CFC recovery agent; a designated recycling organization system 510; an automobile manufacturer system 310; and the system 410 of the related agent 400 including an accepting agent, the CFC recovery agent, the scrapping agent, and a crushing agent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
