<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a specific service utilization device capable of simply utilizing a specific service provided to a prescribed number of persons and more without previously performing a procedure such as reservation. <P>SOLUTION: Destination information in which facilities to be a destination is included is mutually transmitted/received between a driver's own vehicle and the other vehicle by using an on-vehicle terminal device connected to a navigation device 200. A specific service processing part 34 judges whether the destination of the other vehicle coincides with the destination of the driver's own vehicle or not, and when both the destinations coincide with each other, judges whether the total number of persons taken in the driver's own vehicle and the other vehicle satisfies a number condition for the party ticket service of the facilities to be the destination or not.
