<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent output unevenness (unevenness in brilliance) from occurring among each reproduced images output from each unit, when laminating the plurality of the units, in order to achieve larger capacity of an information recording medium. <P>SOLUTION: The recording medium provided with a plurality of units 4, in which one or more optical waveguide members 232 consisting of resin core layers 3 and resin clack layers 2, which is laminated on both sides of the core layers 3 and having recessed and projected parts for information on at least one side of boundaries in between the core layers 3 and the clad layers 2 are laminated.
