<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide health food relieving odor and bitter taste peculiar to Phellinus linteus, excellent in absorption into the body, easy to eat and drink and further improved in physiological function. <P>SOLUTION: The health food is obtained by mixing lactic acid fermentation product with a Phellinus linteus extract and involving the components of the odor and the bitter taste of Phellinus linteus in the lactic acid fermentation product so as to relieve the odor and the bitter taste, reduce harshness of feeling on the tongue and make polysaccharides of lactic acid and the Phellinus linteus extract to synergistically function. As a result of this, the health food is improved in odor, bitter taste, feeling on the tongue, easy to eat and drink and expected to prevent various ulcers by immunostimulation and ameliorate hay fever, atopic dermatitis and skin inflammation such as pimple. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
