<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress power variations and a power oscillation when a distributed power supply system is transferred to a self-supporting operation opened from a commercial system 5 in the distributed power supply system in which a generator 2 interlocked to the system 5 and a power storage device 1 are combined. <P>SOLUTION: A controller 6 extracts the power variations from an effective power PL of a load detected by an effective power detector 7, and extracts a frequency oscillation component ΔF from a frequency F detected by a frequency detector 8. The controller 6 controls charging and discharging of a power storage unit 11 by controlling a power converter 12 based on a general command PB* of the sum of a first command value PB*1 for suppressing the power variations, and a second command value PB*2 for suppressing the power oscillation respectively corresponding to these variations and the oscillation component. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
