<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To know the evaluation of a remodeled product without spending a long survey period or high survey cost. <P>SOLUTION: In this product evaluation system 10, a Web server 12 receives a question content related to a prescribed product from a client PC 40 and returns an answer content to the question content, whereby question and answer processing is performed. When a part related to a prescribed question content of a plurality of question contents related to the product is remodeled, an operator PC 16 determines the degree of improvement of the remodeling based on the frequency of question and answer processing for the prescribed question content prior to the remodeling and the frequency of question and answer processing for the same question content after the remodeling. In other words, by using the frequency of question and answer processing instead of execution of a questionnaire survey to users, it can be determined whether the remodeled product is superior, compared with the product before remodeling. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
