<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling-mount type air conditioner capable of eliminating waving of the surface of drain water, and eliminating rushing of drain water out without deepening a drain pan. <P>SOLUTION: This ceiling-mount type air conditioner is provided with a ventilation passage installed in a ceiling space, and having a suction port 14 and a blowout port 15, a blower 2 provided between the suction port and the blowout port in the ventilation passage, a heat exchanger 3 provided on the blowout port side of the blower, and the drain pan 4 provided under a bottom plate 13 of the ventilation passage positioned under the heat exchanger.
