PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that positioning of a moving body is performed by using a positioning signal received from GPS satellite in the conventional positioning system, but positioning precision of at most 1m is unrealizable. SOLUTION: The moving body terminal is equipped with a positioning signal reception unit for receiving the positioning signal from e.g. a semi-zenith satellite, a center data reception unit for receiving center data from a center station in which data error correction data for compensating error contained in the positioning signal are contained, and a positioning processing part which compensates a position of the moving body terminal by using the error correction data and outputs position data. As a result, a position of the moving body terminal is measured with a positioning precision of cm class. A terminal data transmitting unit for transmitting position data after compensation to the center station is installed, so that positions of moving body terminals which the center station manages on the center station side are subjected to batch administration with a precision of cm class.
