PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust an optical axis without increasing thickness in an objective lens driving device. SOLUTION: An objective lens 10 is supported by a lens holder 12, and the lens holder 12 is supported by a suspension holder 16 through suspensions 14a to 14d. The suspension holder 16 is supported so as to be axially rotated along the extension direction of the suspensions 14a to 14d, and supported by laminated piezoelectric elements 18a and 18b from left and right sides. The laminated piezoelectric elements 18a and 18b are displaced up and down upon the application of driving voltages, and the suspension holder 16 is axially rotated to adjust the optical axis of the objective lens 10.
