PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming die which can newly form a rising part or falling part proximately to another rising part or falling part on a work where the latter is formed beforehand. SOLUTION: A forming tip 14 for bending the work is disposed on a tip holder 9 in the die, a work supporting member 15 for supporting the work from one direction is disposed freely slidably for the forming tip 14 so as to be energized to the one direction and the tip sides of the forming tip 14 and the work supporting member 15 are always protruded form the tip holder 9. Further, a fall-off stopping regulation part for preventing the fall-off of the forming tip 14 and the work supporting member 15 from the tip holder 9 is disposed on one part of the forming tip 14 and the work supporting member 15 mounted on the tip holder 9.
