PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To check a trouble in a specific area in real-time using a communication line. SOLUTION: In an information provision system for providing information acquired from at least one monitoring means among a monitoring camera 1, a monitoring video, a temperature monitoring sensor 2, a sound monitoring sensor 3, and a smoke sensor fixed in the specific area via a (wired/wireless) telephone line system, at least one identification information from a caller's phone number, an ID number and a code, etc., is acquired, and if the identification information matches the registered information recorded at an relaying side, a control unit 4 for controlling the caller side and the monitoring means fixed in the previously agreed specific area is activated so as to send the information acquired from the monitoring means to the caller using the telephone line.
