PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing capable of surely preventing flow-out of the lubricant to the outside by arranging seal plates in both of an inner ring outside diameter surface and an outer ring inside diameter surface. SOLUTION: This rolling bearing is provided with an inner ring 4 and an outer ring 6 arranged freely to turn in relation to each other, and a plurality of rolling bodies 8 arranged freely to roll between the inner ring and the outer ring. A seal plate 12 is fitted to the inner ring outside diameter surface 4a, and a seal plate 14 is fitted to the outer ring inside diameter surface 6a. For example, in this case, the inner ring 4 and the outer ring 6 are structured so that one of them rotates and the other stops.
