PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparing method and a manufacturing method for an injection plug for injection for reducing black smoke by improving combustion by performing ultra fining injection of an injection hole by high pressure of a diesel engine, etc. SOLUTION: In this device and manufacturing method therefor, the injection plug performing ultra fining injection of the injection hole is manufactured by high pressure of the diesel engine, etc. Ni electroforming and Ni re-electroforming device 15 are fixed by a mounting sub-plate 11 with a core material 7 of an electroforming base material 8 set on upper and lower sides of a mounting plate 9 and are exactly fixed to upper and lower positions by a mounting leg 10.
