PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package type power generation device having low noise and high efficiency. SOLUTION: In this package type power generation device, power generation devices such as a power generator, an engine, a radiator and a control panel are mounted on a base, all exhaust heat of the engine is cooled by a radiator or an exhaust heat recovery is partially performed at the outside for the purpose of the use of hot water, etc. and the power generating devices are covered with a package having a soundproof wall structure. Since a radiator fan is abolished and a substitute electric fan is provided on an air supply side of the power generating device, low noise and high efficiency can be attained by eliminating a noise part of the radiator fan and uniformly flowing cooling air to the radiator by the electric fan from a separated position.
