PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powdery and granular material supplying device with a simple structure which is easily maintainable. SOLUTION: The device is equipped with: a storage tank; a space forming member communicating with the storage tank, mounted at the upper part of the storage tank, and equipped with a powdery and granular material casting port; a ring-like seal member arranged on the periphery of a lower end opening of the space forming member; a cylinder mounted on the ceiling plate of the space forming member; a hollow supporting member annularly and movably arranged on a supporting bar suspendedly arranged on the lower end of a piston rod of the cylinder, in the vertical direction within a predetermined length through a bush, and having a discharge hole; a first valve member mounted on the lower end of the supporting bar; a second valve member having the first valve member on the inside and mounted on the lower end of the hollow supporting member; a compressed air injection mechanism arranged near the seal member; and an opening/closing valve with one end communicated and connected to the lower end of the storage tank and the other end communicated and connected to an air type transportation pipe.
