PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation panel for a passenger conveyer that can be installed on a parapet panel without drilling the parapet panel. SOLUTION: The purpose can be achieved with the operation panel 7 for transmitting a command to control the rotation of a driver, the operation panel 7 being composed of a first bracket 12 fixed directly on the inner surface 8A of the parapet panel 8, a push-button member 13 arranged on the first bracket12, a metal body 14 arranged on an end of the push-button member 13, a first cover 15 attached to the first bracket 12 and covering the push-button member 13, a second bracket 16 fixed directly on the outer surface 8B of the parapet panel 8, an approach sensor 17 so arranged on the second bracket 16 to face the metal body 14, and a second cover 18 attached to the second bracket 16 and covering the approach sensor 17.
