PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein garbage cannot be compressed for putting it in a garbage bag for discharge since cut paper or unneeded paper being discharged from a business establishment and an office in a conventional garbage box becomes extremely bulky and the garbage bag is damaged and is torn when the paper is compressed. SOLUTION: A frame body supports the garbage bag by a hollow body that is open at one and the other end. Additionally, the body of the garbage bag has a plurality of slits that are open at the other end and are extended toward one end. As a result, when the frame body is fitted into the garbage bag, the garbage does not directly come into contact with a plastic garbage bag, and the garbage bag is not damaged or cut when the garbage is compressed for disposal, thus compressing the garbage to the maximum for packing into the garbage bag.
