PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a radiator capable of simplifying the structure of a radiator core support member to reduce its weight and removing only either of the radiator and the radiator core support member while leaving the radiator on a vehicle body side. SOLUTION: When supporting the radiator 20 on the radiator core support member 10 to be connected with a vehicle body side member 11, a first mounting part 32 of mount rubber 30 of the radiator 20 is supported on the radiator core support member 10 through a first holding part 40, and a second mounting part 33 of the mount rubber 30 is supported on the vehicle body side member 11 through a second holding part 50. Consequently, load burden ratio of the radiator 20 by the radiator core support member 10 can be reduced, and only the radiator core support member 10 can be removed while the radiator 20 is supported on the vehicle body side member 11.
