摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rim roll-in method for a pneumatic tire capable of reducing radial force variation. SOLUTION: A peak position P point of a primary component of radial force variation (RFV) of the tire 14 is obtained. A bead part 14A on a rear surface side of the tire 14 is dropped by crossing a flange part 12A. When dropping a bead part 14B on a surface side of the tire by crossing the flange part 12A, dropping is started from P point and then whole periphery is dropped. The bead part 14B at P point position is temporarily held on an inner side in the axial direction slightly more than other position, and, as for a tread 16, the P point position is lowered onto an inner side in the radial direction of the tire more than other position. Lastly, air is filled. Since the P point position is held while it is lowered onto the inner side in the radial direction of the tire more than other position even after filling pneumatic pressure in the tread 16, the peak of the primary component of radial force variation after rim roll-in is reduced.
