PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shift from an auto steering mode to a normal steering mode quickly without performing a troublesome operation. SOLUTION: An engine control node 4 for controlling a throttle opening of an engine 3 and a steering mechanism 20, a vessel speed node 7 having a vessel speed sensor 6, a steering node 12 for sending a steering angle command value selected by a steering wheel 9, and a control panel 13 including a control panel unit 10 having an auto steering control panel OP on which an auto steering target value input device SS and an auto steering select switch AP are placed are network connected, and when the engine control node 4 receives a data frame where a direction target value or a position target value is stored in a data field from the node 13, the device switches to an auto steering mode and when the steering wheel 9 is steered in this auto steering mode, the device switches to a normal steering mode.
