PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take out a liquid material discharged from a head in a closed space to the outside of the space, and to examine the liquid material. SOLUTION: The liquid material discharged from the head is collected, using a vessel 22, in the closed space that is composed of a shutter in a closed state and outer walls. Thereafter, the shutter 23 is kept in the closed state, the vessel 22 is took out to the outside of the closed space and physical properties (viscosity, PH value, etc.) about the liquid material are examined. When the shutter 23 is closed, a gas(nitrogen) is jetted with a blowing device 24 to prevent the outside air from coming into the closed space. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
