METHOD OF FORMING COATING FILM IN PAINTING LINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of forming a coating film excellent in low temperature hardness of a coating adapted to a painting line and excellent in corrosion-resistance, superion in adaptability to environment and the finishing property of the coating film. SOLUTION: The method of forming a coating film in the painting line is characterized by having the following step 1 to step 5: a step 1 in which a substance to be coated is coated with a water base or an organic solvent type coating composition (I) containing a carbonyl group modified amine addition epoxy resin (A) and a block isocyanate crosslinking agent (B) and the coating film having the unreacted carbonyl group is formed; a step 2 in which it is contacted with an aqueous solution containing a polyhydrazine compound (B); a step 3 in which the excess polyhydrazine compound (B) deposited on the substance to be coated is washed; a step 4 in which air blow is applied to the substance to be coated and/or the substance to be coated is rocked; and a step 5 in which it is cured and dried at the temperature of 100°C or lower.
