PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a vinyl chloride-based resin composition capable of obtaining a molded material having an excellent linear expansion coefficient and impact resistance. SOLUTION: This vinyl chloride-based resin composition consisting of 100 pts. wt. vinyl chloride-based resin, 10-60 pts. wt. needle-shaped or plate-shaped inorganic material and other blended materials is characterized by obtaining it by adding the needle-shaped or plate-shaped inorganic material after mixing the other blending agents with the vinyl chloride-based resin, and mixing them under a condition of 5-40 m/sec peripheral speed or 0.1-20 J/g shearing force.
