PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating method of noodle transferred from a cupped instant noodle to make cupped food represented by a cupped instant noodle, which is commonly-eaten food, safe and delicious and to provide a pottery cup for the method. SOLUTION: The basic structure has a pottery cup body 1, which has roughly the same shape and the same capacity with a foamed polystyrene cup for a commercial instant noodle, a tight sealing pottery lid 2 to cover the cup body and a hot water mark 3, which indicates proper amount of hot water to heat noodle or the like. In this noodle-heating method, the cupped instant noodle is transferred to this pottery cup and is heated by adding hot water. On the side of the cup body 1, a grip 4 and a fork hook 6 can be fixed. A fork 5 and a heating timer can be also added. As the material for the pottery cup, tourmaline stone can be used and the tourmaline stone can be exposed to the inside surface of the cup body 1.
