PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underground impervious sheet for corner arrangement, and an underground impervious wall construction method using the same allowing the construction of an underground impervious wall formed along the site shape having an acute-angled corner. SOLUTION: This underground impervious sheet 10 for corner arrangement is provided with a core material 11 of circular cross section in external shape; an impervious sheet 12 of approximately V-shape viewed from the top formed by bending a plate-like shut-off sheet inward along the outer peripheral surface of the core material 11 at the approximately center in the lateral direction; and support members 15, 16 for fixing the impervious sheet 12 to the core material 11.
