The invention concerns a composition for cosmetic treatment of keratinous materials, comprising, in a cosmetically acceptable medium, at least a volatile silicone, at least a silicone surfactant and at least a cationic surfactant in a concentration strictly higher than 0.5 wt. % relative to the composition total weight, selected among primary, secondary or tertiary fatty amine salts, optionally polyoxyalkylene, quaternary ammonium salts and their mixtures. The inventive composition comprises at least an amount of oils containing at least said second volatile silicone, not more than 20 wt. % relative to the composition total weight. The invention also concerns a method for cosmetic treatment of keratinous materials.
