PURPOSE: A method of producing vegetable bean curd by mixing bean curd with vegetables such as carrots, onions, sweet peppers, eggs, kelps or the like is provided. The produced bean curd has a good taste and a chewable texture as well as the efficacy of vegetables and bean curd as it were. CONSTITUTION: Bean curd, soy bean oil and soy bean protein are uniformly mixed in a mixer and added with starch, carrageenan or the like. Then, it is mixed with various vegetables such as carrots, onions, sweet peppers, eggs, kelps or the like which are washed and cut to a specified size, filled into a pressure-proof, heat-resistant film and heat-treated for 40min at 105deg.C. |
