The invention relates to the methods and facilities for placement of announcements and advertisements, which ensure the effective delivery of information to the addressee in the public places, especially in routed public transport. The aim of the invention is to develop the method of information dissemination, which would ensure the effective 24-hours representation of information as visual read-outs of announcements and advertisements in public places, especially to the passengers driving in the compartments of routed public transport. The aim is reached by usage of specially equipped devices for processing and visualization of information, which are resistant against the increased vibration and changeable climatic conditions and which, by the task of the service center, ensure the effective representation of information and give its visual read-out in a definite place using the amount of information received as a separate announcement or grouping the information by the kinds or perception.
