PURPOSE: A pipe and part unifying system for a boiler is provided to assemble and secure convenient after-sale service by mounting all main parts of the boiler on the front side of an upper plate, to easily arrange complicated pipe lines by dividing into upper and lower plates, and to supply the excellent castability of injection and die casting by simplifying a mold. CONSTITUTION: A pipe and part unifying system(50) for a boiler is composed of an upper plate, a lower plate, and a plurality of packing members. The upper plate embeds a heating water circulating line for communicating a heating water drawing inlet(31), a circulation pump(37), and a three-way valve(38) in order and selectively communicating a heating supply port(33) or a drawing inlet of a plate-type heat exchanger(39) with corresponding to the switch of the three-way valve, and a hot water line for communicating a cold water supply port(35), a flow switch(41), and a hot water discharge port(34) in order. The lower plate mounts the plate-type heat exchanger to the side same with the upper plate and includes a heating water discharge port and a heating re-circulation port(36) mounted at both ends and a heating water circulation-recirculating line embedded to selectively communicate the heating re-circulation port and the heating water discharge port or the heating water discharge port and the discharge port of the plate-type heat exchanger with corresponding to the switch of the flow switch. The packing members airtight-seal the circulation pump, the three-way valve, and the flow switch mounted on the front side of the upper plate, the plate-type heat exchanger installed to the side of the upper and lower plates, and the upper and lower plates.
