PURPOSE: An apparatus for generating patterned light for fabrication of a biopolymer array and an apparatus for fabricating the biopolymer array using the same are provided, thereby easily generating patterned light, requiring no additional lens system, and easily obtaining a high light intensity contrast ratio. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for generating patterned light for fabrication of a biopolymer array comprises a plurality of unit light generating devices arranged in the array type on a same plane; and an operating portion selectively operating a portion of unit light generating devices corresponding to the desired light pattern to generate the desired patterned light, wherein the unit light generating device comprises lower and upper boards(310, 320), first and second electrodes(311, 312), a first dielectric membrane(313), a protection membrane(314), a third electrode, a second dielectric membrane(322), septum(330), and a fluorescent body(340); and the operating portion comprises a first and second scanning operating portions, and an address operating portion.
