PURPOSE: A synchromesh-type transmission for a multi-functional work vehicle is provided to design a small-sized and lightened gear of the transmission. CONSTITUTION: A synchromesh-type transmission for a multi-functional work vehicle enables speed change during running. The synchromesh-type transmission is developed on the basis of the weight of the multi-functional work vehicle, the maximum torque of the engine, the mounting space, the work demand speed, road friction force, the size of a tire, a speed stage, a speed change method, a slip state of the tire in shifting, and a power takeoff device.
