<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce burden on a user for octave tuning in an electronic tuning apparatus which detects the pitch of a musical sound inputted and also a deviation of the detected pitch from a prescribed standard pitch to indicate to the user. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus is equipped with a pitch storing means 14 which stores a pitch detected when the deviation is within a prescribed range, and also equipped with a deviation reporting means 13, 15, 16, 19 which, after storing the detected pitch in the storing means 14, detects a deviation between the pitch of a musical sound inputted and twice the pitch read out from the pitch storing means 14 to indicate the result to the user. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
