PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating device which solves a problem that enough quantity of heat is not given to an object to be heated by detecting floating or moving of the object to be heated which is caused by action of buoyancy. SOLUTION: The induction heating device has a heating coil 21 which heats with inductivity the object 30 to be heated, an electric conductor 28 which reduces the buoyancy caused by the action of magnetic field which is generated by the heating coil, and an electric conductor temperature detecting means 31 which detects the temperature of the electric conductor 28. Rise in the temperature of the electric conductor 28 can be controlled by controlling power to the heating coil 21 when the temperature of the electric conductor 28 which is monitored with output of the electric conductor temperature detecting means 31 becomes high.
