PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer resin composition capable of obtaining a flexible molded article having high heat resistance and mechanical strength and excellent appearance free from release of surface layer by injection molding, etc. and providing a composite molded product excellent in adhesive force to rigid resins. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer resin composition is obtained by compounding a polyester block copolymer with a hydrogenated thermoplastic block copolymer having a crystalline polyolefin block and a plasticizer and/or a softening agent for rubber.
