PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display various customizing functions in the range of a limited customizer display screen. SOLUTION: A customizer information acquisition part 104 acquires the latest customizer information from a customizer information delivery part 1112 according to the instruction from a timer 105. A customizer creation part 106 creates a customizer to be displayed on a screen display part 109 based on the customizer information acquired by the acquisition part 134. A customizer composition part 108 composes the display information from a display information generation part 107 with the latest customizer, and displays the result on the screen display part 109.
