PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compatibly provide an excellent insulating property, excellent fastness, excellent handlability and excellent sealability respectively. SOLUTION: This wall has structure provided with polyethylene hollow resin bodies 3a, 3b of hollow resin plates having a polyethylene cellular foam 2 of a synthetic resin foam plate and having a large number of parallel ribs 16a, 16b bonded onto both faces of the foam 2, and a seal member 6 of flexible structure with an urethan sponge coated by knitted cloth provided on an upper face and side faces along a circumference of the polyethylene cellular foam 2.
