PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent noise by suppressing partial boiling in a bathtub heat transfer pipe during hot water supply. SOLUTION: Noise is prevented by colliding bubbles produced by partial boiling of internal water by combustion heat of a burner 6 from a bathtub heat transfer pipe 13 enclosure to a cover cylinder 19 inserted in the bathtub heat transfer pipe 13, making the bubbles finer or removing them, and reducing a partial boiling state.
