PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque fluctuation absorbing damper capable of showing excellent dynamic vibration absorbing effect and having excellent durability. SOLUTION: A first elastic body 22 is adhered between opposite surfaces of an annular mass body 21 and a hub 1 opposite to each other in the axial direction. A pulley 31 is supported by the annular mass body 21 through a first bearing 4, and supported by the hub 1 through a second bearing 5. With this structure, the generation of a slip of the first elastic body 22 in the circumferential direction due to resolution is prevented, and a spring constant of the first elastic body 22 is restricted low to set the unique frequency of a dynamic vibration absorbing part 2 in the deflecting direction low, and at the same time, coaxial property of the pulley 31 is maintained. A clearance between the pulley 31 and the annular mass body 21 form a labyrinth seal S having a bent cross section outside a position, wherein the first bearing 4 is interposed, to protect the first bearing 4 from dust.
