PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily exchange a water extraction hose when needed. SOLUTION: In the water extraction device, the water extraction hose 2 having a water extraction head 1 at a tip thereof is provided, and an auxiliary device 3 for assisting water extraction work by means of the water extraction head is connected with an actuating cable 4 for remote operation of the auxiliary device 3. The water extraction head is connected with the auxiliary device and they are inserted into a pipe, so that water remaining in the pipe is sucked and discharged from the pipe through the water extraction hose, while performing the remote operation of the auxiliary device from the external of the pipe. The water extraction hose is arranged in parallel with the actuating cable to mutually juxtaposing in a radial direction, and the water extraction head is detachably connected with the water extraction hose.
